The Helmet Spacer is a replacement fan inlet that prevents airflow blockage when using a helmet.
It replaces the standard fan intake and creates additional space between the helmet and the mask, ensuring unrestricted ventilation.
Make sure the fan unit has enough room to draw in air properly — airflow can be reduced if the helmet cover presses against the fan housing or blocks the intake.
The mask and fan need to “breathe” freely for optimal performance.
If you notice your helmet pressing on the fan or reducing airflow, install the Helmet Spacer (Part #54).
This guarantees efficient cooling and anti-fog performance even during long or intense sessions.
